A ServiceNow Platform Analytics & Reporting Engineer works on designing, creating, and maintaining advanced reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics (PA) indicators within the ServiceNow platform. He translate business requirements into actionable data visualizations (KPIs) to drive decision-making, optimizing performance analytics and utilizing Platform Analytics Workspace to analyze platform engagement and system trends. Key Responsibilities & Skills: Data Visualization: Designing, building, and maintaining interactive, user-friendly dashboards and reports (reports, PA widgets, scorecards). Performance Analytics (PA): Developing PA indicators, scripts, and data collection jobs to monitor and analyze KPI trends over time, rather than just snapshot data. Platform Analytics Workspace: Leveraging the latest Platform Analytics Workspace and UI Builder to create configurable workspace dashboards. Data Modeling & Analysis: Understanding ServiceNow table hierarchies, conducting root cause analysis, and preparing data for optimal reporting performance. Stakeholder Collaboration: Working with business users to define metrics and identify actionable insights. Technical Expertise: ServiceNow Platform Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Reporting and PA applications, including PA data collector configuration.
