We are currently seeking a Senior Property Manager to join our team handling an incoming rent role of 180 properties that we are acquiring. This is a Monday to Friday role with a work from home 1 day per week (post probationary period). This role focuses on the day-to-day management of your portfolio and is NOT an end-to-end property management role. We have a dedicated Inspections Team and Leasing Team who are responsible for routine inspections, entry/exit reports, leasing, and application processing. You will be supported by these teams, allowing you to focus on providing high-quality service, relationship management, and smooth daily portfolio operations. We're looking for someone with a friendly disposition, reliability and the enthusiasm to develop a property management career. Experience in property management is essential - as is your attitude, energy, and willingness to learn!
