About the role As the Commercial Manager, you will support the General Manager and the Finance and Operations teams, acting as a key conduit for customer and tenant communications. This is a diverse commercial role spanning financial management, leasing, operational coordination and customer engagement, with genuine scope to progress into a future leadership position. Responsibilities Manage day to day commercial operations including leasing, reporting, debt management, capex and rent roll activities. Coordinate proactive communication with customers and tenants through approved building media, engagement programs and forums. Assist with budgets, outgoings estimates, asset planning, quarterly reporting and capital expenditure submissions. Support the development and execution of Customer Retention Plans and oversee CRM driven engagement programs. Build and maintain strong relationships with building owners through regular communication and reporting. About you To be successful in this role, you will have: A Victorian Agents Representative Licence. Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial, industrial and/or retail property management. Strong understanding of leases, negotiation, outgoings recovery, rent roll administration and financial reporting. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, with MRI experience preferred. What's in it for you?
