About the Role An established and rapidly growing restoration and insurance services provider is seeking an experienced Restoration Technician to join their team based in Minto, servicing projects across Sydney. This is a hands-on role working across insurance and government projects, including after-hours emergency response work. Due to recent contract wins and continued growth, this role requires someone who can step in confidently and deliver to industry best practice standards. Key Responsibilities Attend insurance and government restoration projects (including after-hours call-outs) Carry out restoration works in line with IICRC standards Complete digital reporting and documentation accurately Operate restoration equipment and job management platforms Communicate effectively with clients, assessors, and internal stakeholders Ensure compliance with WHS and industry regulations Key Skills & Experience Proven experience within the restoration industry (essential) Strong understanding and application of IICRC standards Current IICRC certification (essential) White Card (essential) Relevant certifications such as ITI, NORMI, Trade or WHS (highly regarded) Tech-savvy - confident using Microsoft Office and digital reporting systems Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and within a team Must undertake a Police Check Medical may be required Benefits Overtime paid & On-call service fee Company vehicle provided (work use only) Full induction and structured onboarding provided Family-oriented culture with a genuinely supportive team environment Strong leadership support and open communication A collaborative workplace where attitude and teamwork are valued Stable, growing business with long-term opportunity About the Company This organisation is a well-established provider within the restoration and insurance sector and holds recognised industry certifications.
