Our client, a well-established and highly respected landscape services provider with over 25 years of experience across Sydney, is currently seeking an experienced Landscaper Construction Team Leader to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about landscaping who is ready to step into a leadership role with long-term career potential. About the Role: As a Landscape Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing landscape projects up to $1 million in value. Your key focus will be to ensure projects are on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate teams on-site, liaise with stakeholders, and play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of multiple projects. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage landscape construction projects (typically 1-3 months in duration) Liaise with clients across commercial and government sectors (federal, state, local council) Work closely with the Landscape Construction Management team to deliver on project scopes and time-lines Interpret BOQs and coordinate material procurement with suppliers Assess and manage project schedules, staff, and on-site resources Lead a team on-site to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work Uphold WH&S standards and promote a positive team culture About You: 3 year's experience in the landscape construction industry Cert III in Landscape Construction (or similar trade qualification) preferred Demonstrated experience managing projects up to $1M, including both hardscape and softscape Strong understanding of landscape construction methods and processes Confident leading a team and managing subcontractors Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills Sound knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment Current, unrestricted driver's license What's On Offer: Great salary package, plus bonuses (negotiable based on experience) Company vehicle with fuel (personal use negotiable) Mobile phone (if required) Laptop or tablet (as needed) Supportive team environment and opportunities for growth About us Need Recruitment support?
