Job Description About the Role As our Administration Assistant , you’ll play a key role in keeping daily operations running efficiently. You’ll support a range of administrative tasks across data entry, purchasing, recruitment, onboarding and general office coordination. If you’re organised, proactive, adaptable and can thrive in a fast‑paced environment, you’ll fit right in! Your responsibilities will include: Collating, filing, and archiving time sheets and load sheets Completing daily reporting and data entry for load data Creating weekly flight manifests for Charter Flights Assisting with payroll and roster reviews Supporting onboarding activities for new employees Handling phone and walk‑in enquiries Managing recurring orders (stationery, bulk fruit/food, amenities) for site Accommodation and the Geraldton Depot Booking servicing and recalibration of handheld breathalysers Providing administration support to Operations Managers, Superintendents and Supervisors and ad-hoc projects What You’ll Bring Strong computer literacy Customer service experience Clear, confident communication A proactive, adaptable attitude Desirable: Administration qualification Desirable: Payroll experience C Class Driver’s Licence How to Apply If this sounds like you, click Apply and submit your resume!
