Explorers Early Learning are seeking a warm and engaging Enrolments Officer to join our established Family Support Team. In this role you will work closely with centres to ensure that families have an excellent customer experience. You will be responsible for following up enquiries, nurturing leads and converting tours into enrolments, while maintaining accurate records and supporting occupancy growth across our services. We are looking for a proactive and organised person with strong communication skills, a passion for building meaningful relationships, and a genuine commitment to supporting families through every step of their enrolment journey. This role would suit someone with experience in the Early Childhood sector who is looking to use their knowledge and insight in a new and rewarding role. Day to Day Responsibilities: Follow up and convert family enquiries and centre tours into enrolments to drive occupancy growth. Build and maintain positive relationships with families and Centre Leadership Teams. Monitor and manage occupancy levels in collaboration with Centre Directors to achieve quotas. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all family interactions within the CRM system. Deliver high-quality customer service by responding to enquiries and completing registrations within 24 hours. What you will bring: Proven ability to build strong relationships and create a positive, engaging experience for families. Strong customer service skills with the ability to respond promptly and professionally to enquiries. Demonstrated ability to achieve KPIs and convert leads into enrolments. Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail, including accurate CRM management. Collaborative, proactive team player with a positive attitude and commitment to a child-safe organisation.
