Our model supports consultants to properly grow a desk with repeat business, strong delivery support, and clear progression pathways. We operate across multiple industries and are continuing to scale, creating opportunities for junior, experienced and high-performing 360 consultants who want autonomy without losing structure and support. The Role You will manage and grow your own recruitment desk within one or more industry verticals. The position can focus on permanent placements, contract recruitment, or a blended desk depending on experience and preference. This role suits someone who wants to build a sustainable book of business, not just chase short-term wins.
