About the Role Lead and manage teams of 4-6 roofers/plumbers Commercial roofing projects Working at heights, box gutter installation/cutting, and associated works Ensure team productivity, safety, and quality standards Monday to Friday | 7:00am - 3:00pm (38 hours per week) Overtime penalties apply This role suits someone who can balance hands-on work with leadership - keeping both projects and people moving efficiently.
