Due to further project awards they are expanding their Perth team and seeking an experienced Site Supervisor/Leading Hand to join their growing business. About the Role As a Site Supervisor/Leading Hand, you’ll be supporting the management team in the end-to-end delivery of a range projects, overseeing delivery aspects of various projects. Initially you’ll be working on a contract basis (4 months) and support the team in ensuring positive outcomes for all key stakeholders, ensuring successful project outcomes across scope, cost, and schedule. This is a newly awarded refurbishment project, and you'll be joining a highly experienced team. You will primarily supervising day works (5.30am - 2.30pm approx). Key Responsibilities Support the Senior Management Team across the project Lead delivery phases, ensuring alignment with client objectives. Maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and reporting frameworks. Communicate with a broad range of stakeholders, including clients, consultants & sub-contractors. Provide strong leadership as required to project teams. Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Skills & Experience 2 years of experience in site supervision/leading hand roles. Proven success delivering a range of commercial projects. Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills. Strong understanding of governance, procurement, and project controls. Why This Role?
