The Client: VIITE Pty Ltd, trading as Victorian International Institute of Technical Education, is a registered organisation that with several campuses located across Australia. The Role: The position for hire is a Advertising Specialist and will be for a full time basis set between $85,000 to $90,000 per annum, and will be based at their Melbourne CBD office. The Responsibilities: Manage existing client accounts and onboard new client accounts and build strong relationships with clients. Schedule, attend and lead client meetings. Work to anticipate upcoming needs and hurdles and be proactive with your clients. Present agency work in a clear and engaging manner. Deliver client presentations Support business development through the preparation and execution of advertising targets, strategies, and projects. Work closely with clients to deliver their creative and digital vision. Deliver results and meet all deadlines Assist in copywriting and creative asset development, coordinating with internal teams to produce consistent and high-quality digital media elements. Help establish Account Management procedures, presenting ideas to the rest of the team. Develop and execute multi-channel media plans, including Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager Liaise with other departments including creative, strategy, and technology and advertising specialists to support the delivery of client projects. Secure client approval before progressing work with wider TG teams. Analyze and report on project results and campaigns. Arrange the timely and cost-effective completion of advertising campaign production, including tasks such as media scripting, artwork, copywriting and media placement. Work to anticipate upcoming needs and hurdles and be proactive with you clients. Prepare succinct creative briefs for other departments, and develop memos, briefs and other documents at client request or supporting senior accounts specialists. Track financial information for client accounts, and recognize potential opportunities for improvements of scope. Work proactively to support senior account specialists in preparing scoping documents and pitch materials to bring in new business. Understand and support the implementation of ways of improving agency performance. Stay on top of your projects and manage regular campaign and client status updates. Manage your workload across multiple accounts and deadlines. Support the ongoing streamlining of processes across the Accounts team. Lead and participate in both internal team and client brainstorms Take initiative and be able to solve problems quickly. Stay up to date with the marketing landscape, advertising strategy and trends in design/technology and feel confident to share your opinions with the wider team. Offer advice and assist junior members of the team, and work with senior colleagues to develop your skills. The Requirements A Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or relevant field At least 5 years' experience working in account management at an advertising or media agency. At least 5 years' experience managing digital advertising campaigns. At least 5 years' experience using analytics tools; Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager At least 5 years' expertise using Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, and Tableau data visualization platforms to conduct multi-touch attribution, ROAS analysis, and budget reallocation based on real-time performance metrics Strong client handling skills with an understanding of client requirements. Ability to prepare and deliver presentation for junior to mid-level executives within client organizations. An understanding of brand campaigns, strategic thinking, commercial advertising, and digital advertising platform. Experience in project planning. Proven experience overseeing multiple projects across multiple clients. Project management skills and experience working on project management systems. Experience working on a team of account specialists, working alongside creatives. Enthusiasm and professionalism. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite to produce client documents. Excellent written and oral communication and listening skills.
