About the Role The People & Culture Administration Assistant will provide comprehensive Human Resource service and support to the organisation, in line with operational objectives. Additionally, this role acts as an intermediary between MHS staff and our external payroll provider. A critical aspect of the role is to provide a high level of administrative support to the General Manager of People & Culture and the People & Culture Advisor. About You Advanced Computer Skills, including all Microsoft Office applications Proven ability in effective time management with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with a broad range of people within a sensitive and highly confidential environment.
