About the role The Developer translates business needs into well-architected solutions leveraging underlying platform capabilities. They align to product development methods for the estimation and delivery of the customer product portfolio, supporting the strategic visions of the TAC and WorkSafe. A member of the Technology Operations Team, they are the squad member with the responsibility for delivering features, resolving defects, vulnerabilities and technical debt, as prioritised by Product Owners. The developer builds new features with a strong focus on UX, functional quality and non-functional performance. They are the engine of the product delivery squad, delivering outcomes for stakeholders and benefits for TAC and WorkSafe. The product delivery function will include the development, engineering, quality assurance and security of products to ensure the services are delivered against agreed Service Level Agreements, Enterprise Architecture and product and platform release cycles. The function will include the use of contemporary methods and tools to implement product changes in line with business expectation and industry standards. About the Team This role sits within the Infrastructure LCM team reporting to the Senior Manager. You will be joining a collaborative, agile and cross functional team who contribute to the organisation’s strategic priorities in a cost effective way that optimises client outcomes, employee experience and a positive community impact.
