Due to continued growth and succession planning, the firm is seeking a Senior Manager - Business Services & Tax Advisory with a clear progression pathway to Director for the right individual. The Opportunity This is a senior leadership role combining technical expertise, client ownership and people leadership. You will work closely with Partners as a key part of the firm's next generation leadership group, with a genuine opportunity to progress to Director as part of the firm's medium-term growth strategy. The firm has an established and growing fee base, a diversified service offering and a track record of strategic acquisitions, providing a strong platform for senior leaders who want to build long-term careers. Key responsibilities include: Managing a portfolio of business services and tax advisory clients across a range of industries Providing strategic tax and commercial advice to privately owned and growing businesses Reviewing complex financial statements, tax returns and advisory deliverables Acting as a trusted advisor to founders, CFOs and senior decision-makers Leading, mentoring and developing Managers and junior staff Contributing to client growth, cross-selling and practice development initiatives About You You are a technically strong and commercially minded Senior Manager who is motivated by progression, leadership and client impact.
