Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounts and bookkeeping functions Payroll superannuation and associated tasks Billing/accounts payable/receivable Reconciliation and end of month Reconcile bank accounts and prepare monthly financial reports Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Maintain accurate financial records and accounts Prepare invoices and statements, and follow up on outstanding payments Ensure compliance with internal financial processes Skills & experience Proven experience in accounts and bookkeeping within the construction industry Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes Experience using accounting software Xero Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite High attention to detail with strong organisational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and autonomously Professional communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner Benefits Lifestyle friendly hours of 7.30am - 3.30 pm About us Frontline Recruitment Group was established in 1995 and is made up of Industry specific verticals with specialist consultants working to help match great candidates with great career opportunities.
