The Role: Work closely with Senior Accountants and Managers to deliver high-quality compliance and advisory services Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals Preparing BAS and assisting with GST matters Supporting tax planning and business advisory engagements Liaising with clients via phone and email Assisting with client relationship management Continuing to build your technical knowledge and professional capability About You: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting or Business Have 2–3 years’ experience in Australian public practice Have hands-on experience with companies, trusts and individual clients Possess a solid understanding of tax compliance obligations Be studying towards (or intending to commence) CA or CPA Be proficient in Xero, MYOB or similar accounting software Demonstrate strong attention to detail and effective communication skills Thrive in a team-focused environment Exposure to QBCC matters will be advantageous but is not essential.
