We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Lead to join our client on a permanent basis in South East Melbourne. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a senior SAP professional with strong cross-module experience across Supply Chain or Manufacturing. You will act as the functional lead across key SAP supply chain and/or manufacturing modules, owning solution design, delivery, and continuous improvement. This role combines hands-on configuration and problem-solving with functional leadership, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP functional delivery across Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing Provide hands-on support in design, configuration, testing, and deployment Act as the primary functional point of contact for business stakeholders Drive cross-module integration across SAP (e.g. PP, MM, QM, EWM, SD) Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions Support continuous improvement, optimisation, and roadmap initiatives Mentor and guide internal SAP team members and partners Skills & Experience Proven experience as a SAP Functional Lead or Senior Consultant Strong cross-module SAP experience within Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing Hands-on background in modules such as PP, MM, QM, EWM, SD (combination preferred) Experience working in S/4HANA and/or ECC environments Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills Ability to work onsite 4 days per week in South East Melbourne What’s on Offer Permanent role with a stable, growing organisation Opportunity to lead and shape SAP capability in a hands-on role Collaborative, business-facing environment Competitive salary package
