Key Responsibilities: - High volume data entry of invoices. - Monitor supporting payment documentation for completeness and accuracy of creditor details. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. - Dealing with a high volume of email queries and correspondence. - Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies. - Communicate with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve inquiries and issues. - Prepare creditor payment runs. Qualifications and Skills: - Experience as an Accounts Officer or in a similar role. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
