The Role Based in the heart of the Perth CBD, the Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and presentation of a significant property asset. You’ll coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance programs, manage contractors, ensure compliance with safety standards, and contribute to long-term asset planning. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same—ranging from troubleshooting building systems to liaising with stakeholders to ensure a positive experience for residents and visitors. The Criteria Proven experience in building, facilities, or property maintenance management. Strong knowledge of building systems, compliance, and preventative maintenance programs. Ability to coordinate contractors, obtain quotes, and monitor budgets. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders. A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail. Trade qualification (preferred) & police clearance.
