The Opportunity As a Team Leader, you’ll: Own and grow a profitable white-collar recruitment desk Leverage existing networks while actively developing new business with local and national organisations Build, mentor, and lead a team as the division grows and expands client partnerships across public sector and commercial markets Strengthen Synergie’s brand and reputation in the white-collar recruitment market Collaborate with a supportive national leadership team This role suits someone who loves recruitment, enjoys the commercial side of the business, and is excited about bringing others along the journey. About You We’re open to: Established Team Leaders, or Senior / Principal Consultants ready to step up into leadership You’ll bring: Around 5 years’ experience in agency recruitment (white collar preferred) Proven ability to build and drive new business across public sector and/or commercial clients Strong client connectivity and market knowledge at local and national level A genuine passion for growing, mentoring, and building a team A results-driven, self-disciplined mindset A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering quality outcomes Why Join Synergie?
