Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Maintain accurate records and documentation for ongoing projects. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including volunteers and team members. Prepare reports and presentations to support project outcomes. Monitor and manage project timelines and deliverables. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures. Profile A successful Volunteer Project and Support Officer should have: Relevant experience in administration or project support within the public sector. Experience working within a recruitment or HR team. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
