About the Role We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support our Home Care team. In this vital role, you’ll be the backbone of our client service operations—providing high-quality administrative support, managing records, and helping ensure services run smoothly and meet compliance standards. Full-time role - 8.00am to 4.06pm (or similar) - $35.16 per hour Superannuation Salary Packaging An option of 4 days will also be considered for the right candidate Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and clerical support to Care Coordinators Liaise with clients, families, staff, and external providers Process and track client service orders and purchases Maintain accurate client records and data entry Respond to phone, email, and in-person enquiries professionally Assist with general office duties Support compliance with aged care quality standards What You’ll Bring Experience in an admin. or customer service role Strong time management and organisational skills High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment A team player mindset with a can-do attitude Desirable Certificate III/IV in Business Administration or Community Services Experience in aged care, NDIS, or not-for-profit sectors Knowledge of Home Care Packages (HCP) or CHSP Requirements National Police Clearance Why Join Us?
