You’ll build trust and strengthen our brand and reputation through clear, engaging and impactful communications. You’ll lead a team of communications and channel specialists, combining strategy and storytelling together across our channels to support our 2030 Strategy and deliver real impact. Your key responsibilities Lead and develop a team of communications and channel specialists, guiding them to deliver integrated content. Develop and deliver communication and channel plans across internal, external and digital channels, aligned to brand and 2030 Strategy. Oversee content across owned channels, including social media, website, intranet and internal platforms. Provide strategic communications advice to stakeholders on initiatives, projects and campaigns. Monitor performance and insights, using data to improve impact. Champion brand consistency, tone of voice and writing standards. Identify opportunities to enhance channels, tools and digital trends. Support incident and crisis communications in collaboration with Corporate Affairs. What we’re looking for Senior-level experience delivering strategic external and internal communications in complex or regulated environments. Proven ability to lead and develop communications professionals, setting direction and managing priorities. Skilled in developing and overseeing communication strategies that support organisational priorities. Highly organised with strong planning and coordination skills, able to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines. Expert in content creation and distribution across digital and owned channels. Exceptional writing, editing and content review skills, with a focus on clarity, accessibility and brand alignment. Experienced in managing agencies and external partners to deliver results.
