The Role: Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in the stores success. Your day to day will focus on managing the back of house processes, driving operational efficiency, coaching on the run, and creating a winning culture within your store. You will also play an active part on the shop floor, ensuring the Ultimate Retail Experience is delivered every time. You will exhibit and align yourself with Retailors’ values; LEADERSHIP, CARE, ACCOUNTABILITY, TRANSPARENCY and INNOVATION. Responsibilities include: Managing stock processes, including preparing stock for sale, stocktake, audits, acceptance and transfers Operational compliance within back of house Inventory management and data accuracy Supporting with customer escalations Provide technical support and training for new and existing processes, products or service Develop a strong business relationship with the outsource Samsung Service team to drive continuous improvement Completion of rosters Coaching and development of your team to support operational areas Preferred Candidate Attributes: Passionate about Samsung and aligned with our company’s core values. A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a back of house role or similar within a retail environment. Experience in a store leadership or key holder role, supporting and motivating a team to achieve results. Proven ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Proven ability to create positive and memorable customer interactions. Flexible with full-time availability, including late-night trade and weekends. No prior technology experience required!
