We're looking for a detail-driven and commercially curious Assistant Buyer to join our Products & Planning team at our Chullora head office. About the Role Reporting to the Buyer, you'll play a key role in supporting the end-to-end product lifecycle — from concept to launch and beyond. Working closely with Planning, Marketing, Supply Chain, Retail Operations, VM and Quality, you'll help bring products to market on time, accurately, and in line with category sales budgets and KPIs. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced head office environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and has a sharp eye for detail. Key Responsibilities Support the Buyer in new product introductions and lifecycle management Coordinate product information, samples, photography, POS and website content Manage SKU setup, price changes, range plans and system updates Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to meet critical path deadlines Assist with market research, competitor analysis and range reviews Ensure accurate communication to stores and internal teams About You 1–2 years' experience in a buying or head office retail environment Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Confident communicator with solid written skills Intermediate Excel and strong PowerPoint capability Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working across multiple teams Why Join Fantastic Furniture?
