What you’ll do Partner : Partner with Head of Retail Value Creation and C entre of Excellence , and Business Leaders to define and deliver roadmap for ING Australia’s Retail division, ensuring alignment with broader business goals, locally and globally. Execute: Provide CoE Support to key initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring seamless delivery and measurable outcomes. Enable Performance : take accountability for inputs and outputs of business performance management, including the development of dashboards, KPIs, and insights to support data-driven decision-making. What we’re looking for Business / Commercial management, value chain planning or transformation, ideally within a large, matrixed global organisation. Product/Channel cost benefit c oordination point between tribes/business/support; Finance and Balance sheet / rolling forecast, income/expenses, Business case support. Expertise in areas such as consulting, retail banking, financial services, with a strong grasp of customer experience, digital innovation, and regulatory environments is preferred Scaling and growth – experience in Operating models, funding/liquidity - retail/wholesale interface interpretation. Market / Vendor / Competitor analysis, propositions, value creation ; strategy into commercial outcomes Proven ability to influence stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and lead cross-functional discussion/actions.
