The opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Fund Accountant to join our Investment Reporting team within Corporate Services. Reporting to the Manager, Investment Reporting, this role plays a key part in supporting accurate, timely and compliant financial reporting and investment accounting across the Fund and its investment entities. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders across Investments, Risk, Member Operations, Product and Finance, as well as external partners including the Fund’s custodian, auditors and tax advisors. This is a hands‑on role with exposure to complex investment structures, valuation governance and continuous improvement initiatives across systems, processes and controls. Key responsibilities include supporting month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end close processes, reviewing custodian outputs, overseeing fund accounting activities for nominated products and special purpose vehicles, supporting unit pricing and valuation controls, and contributing to regulatory reporting, audit responses and process improvements. About you You’re a technically strong finance professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment and partnering with a wide range of stakeholders. You’ll bring: CA or CPA qualification (essential) Experience in superannuation, fund management or working with a custodian Strong knowledge of investment accounting, unit pricing, reconciliations and financial controls Experience managing outsourced service provider relationships Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and prioritisation skills Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels A pragmatic, logical approach and a commitment to continuous improvement What UniSuper offers We take a long‑term outlook and invest in our people.
