Our team is at the forefront of digitally transforming the infrastructure sector having delivered industry leading digital strategy, policy, and change management across the Asia Pacific The Opportunity In this position, you’ll be joining a high-performing and experienced team with deep experience across government, consulting, design and construction, and asset management. In this role you will also:- Champion BIM and digital engineering adoption across internal and external stakeholders being confident to drive both the culture and technical capability Apply and promote ISO 19650 information management principles across all project phases and be well versed to support delivery teams with adoption Author and implement Information Management Documentation including Requirements, Management and Execution plans, guidelines and workshop mediums and other technical documents to support communicating DE and IM processes Establish quality control procedures to check that all the models are federated and coordinated, the level of development meets the requirements of the project. Conduct design reviews working alongside Design and Project Managers. Train and coach delivery teams on CDE workflows, information management, and platform use. About you You’ll have a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, with a strong commitment towards professional development and experience in government infrastructure or private projects in a range of capacities: owner-side, consultancy, contractor, or constructor. To excel, you will bring the credibility, confidence, and capability to operate effectively across both small and large projects and programs in a variety of markets. You will have proven experience in this field, supported by a strong understanding of the Australian market and operating environment. Additionally, you will hold relevant tertiary qualifications and possess experience aligned with delivering Digital Engineering services within the construction sector. Energetic, passionate, and action‑oriented, recognised for your ability to collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to drive outcomes. Relationship‑building comes naturally to you, and you can interpret key project requirements, lead people, and exercise sound commercial judgment. You will have demonstrated expertise in information management in line with the ISO 19650 series, as well as in digital engineering planning, delivery, and strategic advisory.
