Your new position As the Community Engagement and Facilitation Manager, you will make a notable contribution to the team's overall success by carefully and strategically managing a range of projects of varying sizes and complexities. Responsibilities include and are not limited to community research, analysis, planning, reporting, tender writing, hosting engagement and facilitation projects from end to end, including the design and execution of facilitation workshops on a small scale through to larger ongoing projects. Your day-to-day work drives tangible results in the community around you. It allows you to take pride in simplifying, highlighting, and elevating the voices of the community and consulting organisations and community groups navigating complex public policy and regulatory changes. What you bring As the Community Engagement and Facilitation Manager, you are an established leader in community engagement and facilitation who can operate independently and project-manage a broad portfolio across diverse stakeholder groups. You possess a relevant Degree in Communications, Business, Arts, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field and are ideally IAP2-certified. You have established some professional experience in either Local Government, a Professional Services firm, or a Consulting, Research, or Advisory firm. You have working knowledge in modern community engagement and facilitation projects across public policy, research, analysis and or delivery of community, deliberative or other engagement projects.
