This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to get further experience and exposure to the development side of the industry. The Role: This opportunity is suited to a motivated Project Manager or Senior Project Manager looking for exposure across the full project lifecycle. You will drive projects from feasibility through planning approvals and into delivery, managing stakeholder relationships, financial performance and project outcomes along the way. This is a commercially focused, hands-on role with real autonomy and visibility. The Foundation for Success: 5 years’ experience in land development projects/development management Experience navigating planning and approval pathways and leading consultant teams Strong financial acumen, Excellent communication skills and confidencein managing stakeholders at all levels Organised, proactive and comfortable working across the full development lifecycle An understanding of town planning, approvals, and design-phase management in Australia is required.
