Solid telco knowledge, including Hosted PABX, Cisco Routers, FortiGate Firewalls, SD‑WAN, MPLS, and Layer 2 networks. Experience as a senior telco or senior call‑centre leader. Hands‑on experience with managed services such as Cloud Connect, Hosted Phone Systems, and Managed Routing & Switching. Outstanding strategic thinking, problem‑solving, organisation, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proven leadership in high‑volume, SLA‑driven environments with consistent customer outcomes. Operational and people‑management capability, including workforce planning, coaching, and escalation management. Ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments, balancing priorities and driving results. Experience leading process improvement and automation initiatives. Commercial awareness, including understanding cost‑to‑serve and resource optimisation. At least 5 years’ experience in Assurance or Operational Support leadership roles driving strong KPI performance. Ready to join?
