Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and executing the hotel’s integrated marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, revenue growth, market share and guest engagement across all segments — Rooms, Meetings & Events, and Food & Beverage. This role blends creativity with commercial acumen. You will use data insights, market trends, and performance metrics to optimise campaigns, strengthen positioning, and maximise return on investment. As a key member of the commercial leadership team, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue, Operations and Accor regional teams to deliver measurable results. What you will be doing: Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the hotel's objectives, target audience, and brand identity Lead a small marketing team and collaborate with cross-functional departments, such as sales, revenue management, and operations Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website optimisation, search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing campaigns, and social media management Plan and execute advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads, room nights, and revenue Create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, such as websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email newsletters.
