Description About the Role We’re launching our first Victorian campus in 2027 and we’re searching for a strategic, commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead the entire market‑entry strategy. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you’ll take full ownership of launching our Melbourne campus: from building brand presence, to generating leads, to driving enrolments. This is a rare opportunity to create, shape, and execute a full go‑to‑market plan from the ground up. You’ll thrive here if you love the pace and autonomy of a start‑up environment, balancing long‑term strategy with hands‑on execution, backed by strong data insights and high‑impact campaign delivery. You'll begin working remotely, transitioning to on‑site work three days a week once the campus opens and working closely with the campus leadership team on the ground. Skills And Experiences About You Essential Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience 5 years of experience in marketing with proven enrolment or acquisition outcomes Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen Experience managing budgets and optimising resources Ability to adapt strategies based on data and business needs Strong communicator and collaborator Alignment with The Industry School values Working With Children Check (Blue Card), licence, and right to work in Australia Desirable Experience in local‑area marketing or multi‑site organisations How to Apply If this role excites you, Apply Now.
