The Opportunity: We are looking for a proactive and collaborative Marketing Bids Manager to head our national marketing and communications strategy. This key role balances creative, strategic, and operational responsibilities and ideally, you have a passion for innovative design and experience in marketing across professional services. General Duties: Manage the national marketing and communications strategy, ensuring alignment with Gray Puksand’s vision and goals. Plan and execute integrated marketing programs across different channels and market segments to support business development. Coordinate the creation and rollout of marketing campaigns including copywriting, collateral creation, media placement, and budget management. Measure campaign performance, manage analytics, and report on key performance indicators and return on investment. Oversee press releases, coordinate media relationships, and arrange national editorial coverage to build our brand and share our project stories, in collaboration with PR consultants. Propose and deliver marketing research projects that generate insights and support continuous improvement across our campaigns. Maintain and update the Gray Puksand website digital media channels with SEO best practice, working with service providers on continuous improvements. Maintain and update internal comms platform, to boost engagement, innovation and knowledge sharing. Develop and deliver events and campaigns that support the marketing, communications culture strategy. Source partnership and conference opportunities that align with our national strategy. Support internal working groups in creating and promoting cultural and marketing opportunities. Oversee CRM and email campaign management. About You: We are looking for an emerging marketing leader with 7 years’ experience in Marketing under their belt, who is looking to take the next step up in their career. To be successful in this role you will need: Degree in Marketing is essential. Experience building and managing integrated marketing programs in a professional services environment, preferably in architecture or design. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated organisational and stakeholder engagement expertise. Confident in project delivery people management, and hands-on campaign delivery.
