Payroll Officer / Payroll Manager | Short-Term Contract We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Officer / Payroll Manager to support a well-established business on a short-term contract (3 weeks) . This role will suit a payroll professional who can step in quickly and confidently manage payroll end to end with minimal supervision. Immediate start required. The Role You will be responsible for managing the full payroll function during a short-term coverage period, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Key responsibilities include: End-to-end payroll processing Interpreting awards, EAs, and payroll legislation Managing payroll queries and resolving discrepancies Processing terminations, leave, superannuation, and allowances Ensuring payroll compliance and accurate reporting Working autonomously to meet strict payroll deadlines Your Profile Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll Hands-on experience with Employment Hero is essential Ability to start immediately and commit to a 3-week contract Strong attention to detail and time management skills Confident working independently in a fast-paced environment What's on Offer?
