Attractive salary range $85,000-$95,000 package Work close to home in Melbourne's North with onsite parking SuccessFactors Payroll (EC) or Healthcare industry experience essential The Role: Depending on the role, your day-to-day duties may include: Processing payroll for up to 5,000 employees Interpret and apply relevant Enterprise Agreements, awards, legislation and policies Maintaining and updating employee files and payroll records Assisting with payroll reporting and other ad hoc payroll duties Respond to payroll enquiries from employees, managers and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner Support payroll reconciliations, audits and reporting requirements Assist with end-of-year activities Ideal Candidate: You will have: Experience with SuccessFactors Payroll (EC) or Health industry experience is essential Proven experience in high volume payroll processing, ideally within medium to large organisations Strong understanding of payroll legislation, awards, and EBAs Excellent communication skills and ability to manage payroll queries professionally High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team About the Organisation: Our client is a well-established and leading healthcare industry, offering excellent training and career development within payroll.
