Residential Site Manager Burnett Heads, QLD $140,000 to $160,000 Super (experience dependent) An established lifestyle resort developer is seeking an experienced Residential Site Manager to lead the delivery of homes within a large scale coastal lifestyle community in Burnett Heads. This is a senior on site leadership role overseeing Site Supervisors and Foremen, driving quality, safety, and programme across medium density residential construction. You’ll play a key role in bringing a premium lifestyle resort to life, managing repeat volume style builds including townhouses and like for like residential projects. About the role You will take ownership of the residential construction stream, leading site teams and coordinating trades to ensure homes are delivered on time and to a high standard.
