The Role We’re partnering with a growing Brisbane-based software company seeking an MSP Administrator to support their growing Managed Services team. This is a key operational role ensuring customer requests are tracked accurately, jobs are billed correctly and internal processes run smoothly. The Role Working closely with technicians, customers and finance, you’ll be the administrative backbone of the service team. Key responsibilities Managing and updating service desk tickets Liaising with customers regarding job progress and scheduling Ensuring job notes and documentation are complete and accurate Raising invoices for completed jobs and recurring services Reviewing timesheets and job details to ensure billing accuracy Coordinating with Finance to reconcile charges Maintaining organised and up-to-date operational records Providing general administrative support to the MSP team About You You are detail-oriented, organised and comfortable working alongside technical teams.
