The Role Our client is a long-standing outsourced maintenance contractor specialising in plumbing services across government and commercial facilities. With consistent growth and a strong service reputation, they provide a stable environment where supervisors are supported and developed into senior leadership roles. Working closely with the State Manager and scheduling team, you will oversee service delivery across a diverse multi-site portfolio, including schools, medical centres, retail facilities and federal departments. This is a leadership and coordination position, not a hands-on tools role. Your focus will be on people leadership, workflow management and client engagement. Responsibilities Lead and support a team of field-based trades staff Coordinate workflow, performance and job allocation Attend sites to manage client relationships and resolve escalations Scope and quote maintenance works Work with schedulers on planning and job prioritisation Manage subcontractors and suppliers Monitor costs, invoicing and margin performance Support the State Manager with a clear pathway into their role About You Trade qualified, ideally plumbing (other maintenance trades considered) Experience supervising or coordinating mobile trades teams Strong understanding of quoting and job costing Confident communicator able to manage clients and technicians Organised and comfortable managing a busy job pipeline Familiar with job management systems and Microsoft Office Driver’s licence and police check required What’s On Offer Structured progression into senior leadership Stable contractor with long-term service contracts Direct access to supportive local leadership Broad exposure to government and commercial clients $130,000 – $150,000 super car allowance Flexible working arrangements If you are a proactive supervisor ready to step into a leadership pathway, apply now to discuss the opportunity.
