Company: ConsultANZ is looking for a supervisor role in Sydney. The project is a roading project in Sydney. Main Duties: Supervise day-to-day site activities on roading projects Coordinate labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors Ensure works are delivered in line with project drawings and specifications Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity Conduct site inspections and toolbox talks Monitor project progress and report to Project Manager Ensure compliance with NSW regulations and company procedures Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor on roading projects Strong experience in earthworks, pavements, drainage, asphalt, and road construction Proven ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively Strong knowledge of WHS requirements in NSW Ability to read and interpret drawings and project documentation Excellent communication and leadership skills Valid White Card and relevant tickets/licences Full working rights in Australia Benefits: Competitive salary package (140k-150k) Long-term pipeline of civil infrastructure projects Supportive team environment Opportunity to work on high-profile road infrastructure projects in Sydney APPLY NOW if interested apply now or email misa.loch@consultanz.com.au to hear more about this opportunity.
