About the role The Financial Analyst plays a critical role, responsible for delivering accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting that supports strategic planning and decision‑making across SHAPE Group. We’re looking for someone who can influence outcomes, work hands‑on with data, and partner with teams across the business to turn insights into action. In this role, you will: Maintain financial forecasts, budgets and models to support planning and decision making Prepare financial reports and maintain dashboards Oversee the management of the cash flow Be responsive to request information and assistance with internal and external stakeholders Compliance & Business Strategy About you We’re a tight‑knit team, and this role suits someone who thrives on collaboration, sees the big picture, but is also willing to roll up their sleeves and juggle competing priorities. We’d love you to have: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a finance related field (with at least 2 years relevant analytical experience) Proficiency in BI and reporting tools Experience with Power Query and Macros preferred Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
