PM Job Description / Requirements We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to support a major digital transformation program involving the migration from Sitecore XP to Sitecore XM Cloud , as well as the front‑end transition from Angular to Next.js . This role is ideal for someone who is technically strong, hands‑on, and comfortable working within complex enterprise environments—particularly within Australia's Superannuation industry . You will work alongside a Lead Consultant, architects, and a multidisciplinary development team to deliver high‑quality technical solutions. This position requires deep Sitecore experience, strong React/Next.js front‑end capability, and exposure on Azure iPaaS integrations. Key Responsibilities Technical Delivery Contribute to the migration of Sitecore XP → XM Cloud , including templates, components, pipelines, and content. Develop headless components using Next.js , ensuring performance, accessibility, and SEO alignment. Assist with front‑end transition from Angular to Next.js , writing clean, maintainable code in TypeScript. Integrate Sitecore XM Cloud applications with enterprise APIs and backend services running in Azure . Work with architects and leads to ensure solutions meet enterprise and platform guidelines. Collaboration & Team Support Support the Lead Consultant in guiding and mentoring junior and mid‑level developers. Participate in code reviews, technical design sessions, and sprint ceremonies. Provide technical input into decision‑making, risk identification, and effort estimation. Contribute to documentation, development standards, and reusable patterns. Required Skills & Experience Sitecore 7 years of hands-on Sitecore development experience, including Sitecore XP. Exposure to Sitecore XM Cloud, JSS, Headless SXA, or container-based Sitecore deployments. Experience with content migration, template/field design, Sitecore API usage, or custom integrations. Front-End (Next.js / React) Experience with Next.js (SSR, SSG, ISR, routing, API routes). Solid React & TypeScript skills. Familiarity with front-end best practices for accessibility, performance optimisation, and SEO. Desirable Experience in large enterprise environments, especially Superannuation or Financial Services. Understanding of composable architecture, MACH principles, and headless CMS patterns. Familiarity with Sitecore CDP/Personalize.
