Your New Role Are you an experienced enterprise systems leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology and business outcomes? Reporting to the Principal, Enterprise Platforms , the Senior Manager, Business Capability – Oracle plays a pivotal leadership role partnering with senior stakeholders across the Fund to shape, deliver and optimise the Oracle roadmap. You will be the advocate for Oracle end users, ensuring system capability continually evolves to support industry best practice, operational efficiency and exceptional user experience. This role leads the business capability for Oracle Fusion across HCM and ERP/EPM platform, balancing strategic planning, delivery execution and governance. You’ll influence senior and executive stakeholders, navigate complex change, and work cross‑functionally to define and deliver new capabilities that support the Fund’s strategic objectives. This is a role for someone who enjoys complexity, influence and meaningful work , combining deep Oracle expertise with strong leadership, commercial acumen and the ability to drive change at scale. What You’ll Do Lead the business implementation, optimisation and ongoing enhancement of Oracle Fusion capabilities across HCM and ERP/EPM platforms. Partner with senior business leaders to define and execute an Oracle roadmap aligned to enterprise strategy, operational priorities and industry best practice. Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for Oracle end users, ensuring system capability and user experience are continually uplifted. Drive cross‑functional collaboration to define, design and implement new business capabilities, managing change and stakeholder alignment. Provide transparent reporting against the endorsed roadmap, evidencing operational uplift, efficiency gains and delivered outcomes. Ensure system changes are governed appropriately, with risks identified, mitigated and managed in line with enterprise frameworks and regulatory requirements. What You’ll Need Extensive corporate experience working with Oracle Fusion Applications or enterprise platform implementations. Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and driving operational capability change in complex, regulated environments. Strong background in financial services, with a focus on system optimisation and enterprise capability uplift. Proven ability to partner across business and technology teams, translating business needs into effective system solutions. Strong strategic planning, analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities. Experience managing vendors, outsourced providers and regulatory change. High levels of integrity, professionalism and discretion when handling confidential matters. Tertiary qualification in Business, Human Relations, Information Technology or a related discipline (required).
