You’ll lead the planning and execution of recruitment initiatives, providing expert advice and guidance to leaders on workforce attraction, retention and long-term capability. With a strong understanding of broader workforce and environmental challenges—particularly in rural settings—you’ll help ensure sustainable staffing solutions that support service delivery now and into the future. Leading and developing a dedicated recruitment team, you’ll oversee the end-to-end recruitment and selection process for clinical roles, ensuring strategies are timely, effective and aligned to organisational priorities. You’ll also prepare reports, research workforce trends and contribute to working groups, partnering with stakeholders to deliver practical outcomes.
