We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead and grow our QA capability while remaining closely connected to the team’s day‑to‑day quality practices. This role requires someone with proven experience managing and developing QA Engineers, shaping QA strategy, and building strong quality foundations across multiple product teams You will work closely with Engineering leadership, Product, and cross‑functional teams to uplift QA culture, standardise processes, and drive continuous improvement across all Tes product verticals. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage QA Engineers, supporting performance, career growth, and building a strong, collaborative QA culture. Shape and evolve our QA strategy, ensuring consistent processes, tooling, and quality practices across all product teams. Define and track measurable KPIs and quality metrics to drive performance and continuous improvement. Champion automation and scalable QA approaches, ensuring teams adopt efficient and modern testing practices. Drive alignment across distributed QA teams and influence Engineering, Product, and wider business stakeholders. Promote knowledge‑sharing, coaching, and quality best practices across the Engineering organisation. Essential Skills Extensive experience in QA roles within Agile environments. Strong understanding of testing strategies, techniques, and automation technologies. Experience working with or leading distributed QA teams. Demonstrates empathy, pragmatism, and strong influencing skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Innovative mindset with the ability to uplift quality practices at scale. Desirable Skills Experience with automation frameworks such as Cypress, Codeception, Behat or Selenium. Previous hands‑on QA testing experience. Experience defining QA practices aligned with infosec or compliance requirements. A relevant technical degree with a solid grounding in QA best practices and methodologies.
