Transformation & Change Analyst 12 Month Fixed Term position with possibility of extension Brisbane About the Role Are you a Lean and project management expert with a passion for structured operational excellence? We are seeking a Transformation & Change Analyst to act as a technical powerhouse within our Transformation function. This is an internal customer service position designed to enable the delivery of Lean Business Improvement (LBIP) projects. You will be the guardian of our Project and Change Management standards, ensuring that every initiative across the business is high quality, data driven, and culturally impactful. Key Responsibilities Maintain a real time, up to date view of the Transformation and Business Change portfolios, reporting and tracking resource utilisation, budgets, forecasts, and actuals. Ensure all projects strictly align with the Airbus LBIP (DMAIC) methodology. You will manage local modifications and lead quality control activities to ensure standards are met. Support and lead change management for transformation projects, ensuring compliance with Safety Management System Management of Change requirements and conducting rigorous quality assurance. Act as the primary liaison with local Digital Business Relationship Managers (BRM) and the APAC Digital PMO to ensure business priorities are synchronised. Coordinate "Lessons Learned" activities to minimise risk across the portfolio and maintain the documentation that defines our Transformation activities. Train and coach our "Business Improver" network to build a strong Lean culture. This includes delivering internal leadership courses on Lean principles and Practical Problem Solving (PPS). Support the BI Manager in deploying Lean standards and managing dedicated project activities as assigned to drive cost savings and customer capability. What You Bring Experience & Knowledge: Minimum 2 years in a Business Improvement role with proven experience operating a PMO. Ability to analyse and compile key information and reporting project KPIs Demonstrated practical application of Lean/BI concepts (Process Mapping, Value Stream Mapping). Experience in both Change Management and Project Management within a complex environment. Cross industry experience and a background in "Voice of the Customer" (VoC) methodologies is desirable. Qualifications: Lean and/or Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), Change Management, and Project/Program Management, preferred but not essential A Business Degree or equivalent industry experience. Experience with Business Process Management (BPM) tools; Skills: Ability to build collaborative relationships across a multinational organisation. A straightforward, persuasive communicator who can simplify complex data. A proven ability to motivate teams and drive a positive, safety-conscious culture.
