Business Analyst / Product Owner - Telephony Contract until June 2027 $1057 per day Sydney / hybrid Proven experience in eliciting, analysing and managing functional and non-functional requirements throughout systems delivery and operational lifecycle with a focus on contract centre platforms Comprehensive functional knowledge of Nice CXOne or similar contract centre platforms (a must have requirement for the role) Experience working with suppliers showing strong supplier relationship management Provide input and oversight for changes to and implementations of the contract centre platform Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent relevant professional experience. A technical business analyst with CXOne experience Plan and drive the scoping, gathering, and definition of functional and non-functional business requirements using a broad range of engagement techniques and analyse existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Engage and collaborate with the business and key stakeholders to prioritise, identify potential risks and propose viable technical solutions that meet business needs. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and non-functional specifications using best practice business analysis methodologies to ensure that technical teams receive clear and concise technical requirements. This includes creating detailed technical documentation such as use cases, user stories, ensuring traceability and coverage between business requirements, and technical requirements. Facilitate workshops, map requirements to system functionality, perform gap analysis and provide support to the development team and business throughout the design, build and implementation process to support the delivery of solutions to the required standards.
