The key duties of the position include The Role The Inquiry Support Officer provides essential administrative and coordination support to the Army Administrative Inquiries section in Chief of Staff Branch, Army Headquarters. Your key duties will include: Day-to-day-management of the group mailbox to keep communication flowing. Tracking inquiries and maintaining accurate records. Responding to requests from inquiry officers and external stakeholders. Maintaining and updating templates and information libraries. Coordinating orders and invoicing of transcription services. Handling financial transactions and reporting for the section. Serving as the Objective Workgroup Coordinator. You will report to the Inquiry Implementation Officer (EL 1) and work with a team providing support that helps deliver outcomes for the Army. We conduct administrative inquiries under the Defence (Inquiry) Regulations 2018, as well as fact finding into complex and sensitive matters.
