This is a great opportunity for a motivated HR professional who enjoys variety — combining learning and development coordination with hands-on generalist HR support. About the Role This newly created role is based in Head Office at Cannon Hill. You’ll support the delivery of learning and development initiatives for our company and industry while providing generalist HR support with our Head office teams. You’ll work closely with leaders and employees to build skills, support performance, and ensure a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support learning and development programs aligned with organisational and Industry needs Assist with program delivery, training needs analysis and evaluation Manage training resources, records, and learning management systems Support recruitment activities, onboarding, and induction for Head office teams Provide generalist HR support and advice to employees and managers at Head office Assist with performance management and development processes Contribute to HR projects, policy development, and continuous improvement initiatives About You You’re a proactive and organised L&D/HR professional who enjoys working with people and making a meaningful impact. You’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities and bring a collaborative, service-focused approach to your work.
