About the Role Own the design, delivery and ongoing operation of hybrid infrastructure and cloud platforms. Lead infrastructure strategy, roadmap planning and platform governance initiatives. Ensure availability, performance and reliability of systems supporting critical business operations. Oversee security, patching, backup and disaster recovery practices across infrastructure services. Drive effective IT service management, including incident, problem and change management. Lead, mentor and develop infrastructure and service management teams. Manage vendor relationships, service delivery performance and commercial outcomes. Support application and platform upgrades, enhancements and new technology implementations.
